This site replaces the Squarespace page I had as a student. It runs on Django, posts are Markdown files in a git repo, and it deploys with one command.

It supports math via KaTeX, so \(e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0\) renders inline and

\[ \int_{-\infty}^{\infty} e^{-x^2}\,dx = \sqrt{\pi} \]

renders as a block. Code is highlighted:

Figures sit next to the post and are referenced by filename. More soon.
